Faith and Community Together Serving

FACTS a Faith-based And Community Partnership was launched in 2020 during the height of the COVID-19 Pandemic to serve as the neutral hub and partner responsible for and distributing PPE kits and other resources to the faith-based partners. Faith-based partners are uniquely positioned in these communities, offering physical space, convenings, and services. By joining to provide tools (PPE) and critical information, FACTS helped to keep people safe, it helped to flatten the curve, and sustained citizens across the region.

FACTS and Cleveland Clinic Partnership

FACTS has partnered with Cleveland Clinic to host a community-based Mental Health First Aid Training for community residents and Cleveland Clinic staff. 30 individuals from the community and the Clinic will train together to learn how to recognize and respond to mental illness, trauma and grief. The upcoming training will take place on May 17-18, 2022, at Bethany Baptist Church in Glenville. (Registration is currently closed).
