Khnemu Transitional Leadership Homes

Our Transitional Leadership Homes will provide leadership training to Returning Citizens that will help them transition safely and become leaders in the community. The North Boulevard Transitional Leadership Home is a community-based transitional home designed to support residents who need support while rebuilding their lives. Construction is made possible by generous funding from The Cleveland Foundation and Cuyahoga County Landbank. 

Our homes provide a stable and supportive housing environment for people while they navigate the challenges of life. Secure housing can reduce pressure and anxiety as people progress through the trauma and healing of re-entering society after incarceration, aging out of foster care, and moving away from disruptive experiences. This home is scheduled to open by January 2024.
