Get Ohio Working

The Khnemu Foundation has been in operation since 2008 with a dedicated focus on serving the inner-city communities of Greater Cleveland with programs designed to increase personal development and foster the healthy societal and family reintegration of our returning citizens. We have developed and strengthened our role in reconnecting those returning to society with the workforce training needed to be successful within the job market.

Our mission is focused on turning neighborhoods into communities through four strategic methods: personal development of our most vulnerable people; revitalizing desolate spaces; reducing crime and violence; and creating meaningful work opportunities for all.

Get Ohio Working aims at improving the quality of life for all Ohio residents through our Get Ohioans Working initiative, with a particular focus on returning citizens by empowering them with immediate work opportunities through our network of felon-friendly employers and agencies.
